SWT36100H Pneumatic Cable Tie Gun Automatic Binding Up to Diameter 18mm

How to use our machine?
Install the vibration bowl – Install the gun head to the host machine – Put loose cable ties into the bowl – Power on – Select “AUTO” – Pull the trigger in the gun head – Start to bundle.
How to install the vibration bowl?
1. Lay it down into four location rings and turn the screws to fix it.
2. Check if the connection is in good situation. The gap between it and the host machine should be 0.6mm – 1.2mm; power cable connected to host machine; connect the air source hose.
3. Check the vibration situation: semi-wave; power switch is placed on ” 1 ”;
